AI Atom Brain provides website assessment, separate local and broader-market competitor observations, sampled ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity visibility, monitoring, recommendations, education, and approval-first implementation services. Results depend on third-party systems and changing market conditions.

No guarantees

AI Atom Brain does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, directory placements, backlinks, AI mentions, citations, or placements. Scores and observations are decision-support information, not promises of future performance.

Plans and billing

Paid checkout includes the listed one-time setup fee and first monthly charge. Monthly service renews on the same billing date until cancelled and remains active through the current paid period. The setup fee is refundable only before implementation begins. Taxes and separately quoted third-party fees may apply.

Calls and group meetings

Paid plans include an onboarding or installation call and access to recurring group AI Growth Lab meetings while the subscription remains active. Scheduling, format, attendance capacity, and topics may change. Group meetings are educational and do not create guaranteed outcomes.

Scope

One visibility check means one prompt × one platform × one location. A change batch includes up to five related on-page or technical edits, or one structured-data template deployment. AI Authority includes a website modernization review, but a website makeover requires its own written scope, price, schedule, and recorded approval. Custom application work, new long-form articles, paid placements, publisher fees, backlink purchases, and press distribution are outside standard plan scope.

Authorization and approvals

You represent that you are authorized to submit and connect the website and business accounts. AI Atom Brain will not intentionally deploy a customer website or Business Profile change without a recorded approval for the applicable work order.

Acceptable use

You may not scan private networks, abuse rate limits, submit domains without a legitimate evaluation purpose, attempt to access another customer’s data, or use the service to publish deceptive structured data or false business claims.

Third-party services

Search engines, AI systems, directories, payment providers, and data providers may change or become unavailable. AI Atom Brain will identify unavailable evidence rather than fabricating a result and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the measured AI platforms.

Commercial launch

These terms are an implementation-complete MVP draft and require review by qualified counsel before production customer acceptance.
