Information we collect

We collect website URLs submitted for assessment, website and AI-platform evidence, business context you confirm, email addresses used to unlock reports or access the portal, authorization metadata for connected services, billing identifiers supplied by Stripe, approval decisions, and operational events needed to deliver the service.

How we use information

We use this information to generate AI Atom Brain reports and PDFs, compare visibility, provide customer workspaces, send requested messages, process billing, prepare and track approved implementation work, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.

Connected services

Google and other connected providers require your explicit authorization. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not request CMS passwords; customers invite a dedicated operations account through their CMS. Raw Google Business Profile content is retained no longer than 30 days.

Data retention

Anonymous and locked assessment data may be removed after 30 days. Lead and customer records are kept while needed to provide the service, satisfy accounting requirements, handle disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion, subject to required retention.

Service providers

AI Atom Brain may use Sites and Cloudflare-compatible services for hosting, D1 for product records, Supabase for passwordless authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, DataForSEO for website, market, and AI-platform observations, Google APIs for authorized account data, and OpenAI for structured report explanations and proposed edits.

Your choices

You may decline paid service after receiving a free report, disconnect integrations, cancel monthly service, or request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information.

Independent service

AI Atom Brain is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or Perplexity.
